At the same company, Tom ended up leading the recruiting division, in this role he coached, mentored, and consulted with individuals and companies around best practices when recruiting.

Tom’s success quickly propelled him to become a well-respected name within the mortgage industry. He brokered multiple high-volume acquisitions over a short period of time.
